uhyar is an independent software company. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean uhyar; “you” means anyone using this website. Contact: hi@uhyar.com.

Using the site

You may read, print and share anything on this site. You may not scrape it at a rate that degrades it for anyone else, submit the contact form by automated means, or attempt to reach systems you have not been given access to.

What is on the site

We try to keep this site accurate, and we say plainly when something is not finished. sahireport is described as in build because it is. Even so, nothing here is a warranty, an offer, or a commitment to deliver a feature. Availability, pricing and scope are agreed in writing before anyone owes anyone anything. Product illustrations on this site show the shape of the software, not a specific release.

Your message

Sending a message through the contact form does not create a contract, an engagement, or a confidentiality obligation on either side. If you need to tell us something confidential, say so first and we will put an agreement in place before you send it. Do not send anything sensitive, such as patient data, student records or credentials, through this form.

We link to klasmint, sahireport and occasionally elsewhere. Those sites have their own terms and we are not responsible for content we do not control.

Ownership

The uhyar name, the mark, the wordmark and the design of this site belong to us. The typefaces are Geist and Geist Mono, used under the SIL Open Font License. Do not use our name or mark in a way that suggests we endorse or are affiliated with something we are not.

Liability

This site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from using it or from being unable to use it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top will say when we last did.
